This online carpet cleaning course teaches both halves of the job: the cleaning itself and the business around it. Six of the ten modules cover how to convert phone enquiries, market your business, sell for you and your technicians, and quote and price jobs. The others cover odours, bacteria and allergies, the rules of stain removal, a proven step-by-step process for carpet cleaning and for upholstery cleaning, equipment setup and workplace health and safety.
It is designed for people starting a carpet cleaning business, owners training new technicians, and experienced cleaners who want a structured way to lift their average job value.
Each module ends with an assessment. You need 75% to pass, you can retake as often as you like within your 90 days, and once every module is passed you receive your Certificate of Completion. The assessment is included in the course price.
